I purchased a storm door from Creative Concepts 2.5 years ago. It was a high quality door and was installed professionally. The door began to sag a bit and didn’t close properly. We had a great experience with Creative Exterior Concepts. They removed our 30 year old windows and installed beautiful new ones. Their windows are quite well made. The tilt-in feature made cleaning them quite simple. We also immediately noticed a reduction in highway noise which I suppose is due to the fact that the windows are well sealed. The installers arrived on time and completed the job on time. They were conscientious about cleanliness and were polite and professional. We will definitely keep Creative Exterior Concepts in mind for future projects!
The windows are great! Professionally done. Floors and furniture were covered before work was started. Trusted the process and it was a great turn out! Trim inside and out were replaced and seamless. Installer was great and kind!
