I purchased a storm door from Creative Concepts 2.5 years ago. It was a high quality door and was installed professionally. The door began to sag a bit and didn’t close properly. I contacted Creative Concepts and spoke to their customer service representative Ron. He immediately set up a service call and within 2 days it was resolved and is now working perfectly. CEC provided vinyl siding for my townhouse. Wes walked me through the process. My house color was easily matched from the available samples. CEC was totally flexible, coordinating a work schedule around my needs. Installation went smoothly. Some of my original boards were rotted and were replaced, so the work took a few days. The siding crew was very professional and friendly. I am so happy with my "new home." Wow.
