I had an outstanding experience at this Visionary. The staff were warm, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and the technicians were knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the testing process. The doctor was exceptional, thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. Results were clearly explained, all my questions were answered without rushing, and I was made fully aware of all my treatment options. . The optical shop was equally impressive with a beautiful selection of eyewear with styles ranging from classic to modern, and the opticians were incredibly helpful in finding the perfect fit. It made choosing new glasses an enjoyable experience rather than a chore. Highly recommend this group.
I’m disappointed with my experience at this practice. My appointment was scheduled for 9:15 AM, yet I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 10:50 AM. the visit with him only lasted about 10 minutes. None of my questions were addressed (although the doctor said they were good questions… I am hoping he was not sarcastic as that is disrespectful and extremely unprofessional) because the doctor stated my concerns were not within his specialty — even though I explained the reason for my visit when scheduling the appointment. The doctor then left the room visibly frustrated and ended the visit with only a brief “have a good day.” This resulted in a complete waste of my time, copay, and insurance resources, which will still be billed despite no meaningful care being provided. I would strongly encourage better triage when scheduling patients and more professional communication respectful treatment during visits.
Dr. Martinez is amazing! He is an expert at successful Ptergium removal. He did my right eye and next week my left. I had RK surgery done in past and seen his experience in these cases also and his expertise as a surgeon I feel very confident in him. Definitely would recommend him.
The technician, Anthony, who conducted my preliminary testing was just wonderful. He has a great personality and patient rapport. Dr Hammer was, as usual, just excellent with his great skill in interacting with patients and providing top notch medical support.
Very skeptical about public reviews on websites, however I can’t deny my genuine and amazing experience with Dr. Hosseini at Visionary. My family and I are so delighted every single time during our visits with him. He’s absolutely professional, very kind and caring. I’m so confident in his knowledge and experience to assist us with our specific individual needs. I highly appreciate, encourage and recommend his services. He’s the highest in excellence.
